Advertising is one of those areas where the cracks are not only obvious but also costly. Let’s look at a few examples of ads with sitelink extensions.
Example 1: What not to do.

This is a good advertisement. This is not very good. We blend product, social media and speaker content. This is unlikely to make anyone's life easier.
Even if I were interested in makeup, I might be distracted by the opportunity to meet Carrie Underwood, reducing the likelihood of conversion. The ad tried to please many different audiences but failed to please anyone.
Example 2: Site links sorted by interest stage.
