Reproduction Radio taxi associations and directors were fined for collusion to defraud public tenders.
According to the process, there was B2B Lead an agreement between competitors to apply a maximum discount, set at 3%, which would be offered by radio taxi associations in bidding processes carried out by the state of Paraná. For Cade, the practice constitutes collusion with the aim of defrauding the competitive nature of the competitions.
The determination of a ceiling for the application of discounts in public tenders was confirmed in the minutes of a meeting of directors of the radiotaxi centers in Curitiba, in 2003.
For the counselor reporting the process, Paula Azevedo, it was demonstrated that there was an agreement between the companies to set the single discount. "As stated in the agenda, nominally signed, the item was unanimously approved, so there is no doubt that the associations present collaborated equally in the formation of the practice."

The administrative process had been archived, unanimously, in relation to the association of radiotaxi centers in Curitiba, because it prescribed the punishment.
The case was resumed in the session with the vote of counselor Cristiane Alkmin J. Schmidt, who, like counselor João Paulo Resende, agreed with the conviction of those represented, but differed from the rapporteur in relation to the dosimetry of the fines applied.
